Change of mind

EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. We will provide return instructions and the return address; do not send goods to the supplier without instructions.

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Statutory remedies are provided without cost to you, including necessary return shipping. Your minimum two-year EU legal guarantee and any additional mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
